An Iberian Night – A Savour the Tweed Event at Potager Following on from our sell-out event at the inaugural Savour The Tweed, this year we’re bringing together two culinary powerhouses from either side of the Iberian peninsula for one unforgettable evening. Our Portuguese head chef, Luis do Carmo, join forces with Pepe Garcia, together, they’ll be serving up a night of bold flavours and coastal flair. From rustic Portuguese petiscos to vibrant regional paellas and tapas, every dish will reflect their unique cultural roots and personal interpretations. You can expect an evening rich with warmth, wine, and Iberian soul — the kind of experience that lingers long after the last bite.
