Copy: This is a Potager signature collaboration between Head Luis do Carmo and Forager Chanterelle Foggin as part of the Northern Rivers Harvest Food Festival.
Enjoy this specially prepared wild food 5 course degustation lunch with wine pairing. Be inspired by Chanterelle as she shares her passion for wild edible weeds, bush foods and funghi and by Luis with his commitment to seasonal, fresh produce and innovation in the kitchen.
This was a sell-out event at last year’s Festival and no doubt tickets will go fast. Tickets $165 (wine pairing) $130 (no wine). An event not to be missed. Menu available closer to the date.
