Join us for Hinterland Harvest, an unforgettable Savour The Tweed experience at Potager, where a guided tour through our flourishing kitchen garden sets the scene for a produce-led long lunch celebrating regenerative farming, local ingredients and thoughtful cooking.
For this special event, our Group Head Chef Aaron Teece joins acclaimed chef Jez Wick to create a shared four-course menu inspired by the Tweed's incredible produce. Expect vibrant, predominantly plant-based dishes alongside premium Speckle Park beef from our own Bellingdale Farm, all celebrating the connection between the land, the seasons and the table.
